DIFFICULT PEOPLE AND HOW TO DEAL WITH THEM

We all know a few. Some people never seem to listen, are easily offended, react in an overly aggressive way, never clearly state their intentions, seem incapable of keeping promises and often twist your words. What kind of personality is behind these traits? Karen Zoller expertly explains the relevant psychological contexts and gives concrete advice in how to avoid becoming a pawn in their destructive games. Yet she also shows the importance of being realistic in assessing the chances that someone will change.
